1. High Wear Resistance & corrosion resistance Plastic Mould Steel

Main application

For plastic moulds with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance requirements; transparent plastic moulds, such as PVC.

2. Manufacturers

Tai Steel, Fushun Steel, Changcheng Steel, Bao Steel, etc.

3. Delivery condition

Conventional or ESR, hot rolling or forging, black surface or milling

Hardness: 31~35HRC，annealed to: HB≤229

Width: 305~1000mm Thickness: 20~185mm

4. General

Medium-carbon, high-Chrome, martensitic stainless steel; good corrosion resistance, wear resistance, polishing abilities as well as high strength after heat treatment.
